Sakura Mix is a connoisseur's blend that combines a number of distinct and distinctive flavors. Two types of cress have a peppery radish flavor: Sakura and Daikon. They can be combined or used separately with raw meat or fish. The multipurpose mustard cress has a strong mustard flavor.
