REFUND/ RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you wish to return any product that is bought from us return request should be raised within 5 days from delivery date. Any returns will not be processed unless and until a return request is initiated from the customer’s end. Any product that has surpassed 5 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for return/ refund

  • Fresh products are not returnable.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item the customer purchased is defective or did not meet customer expectation. If you receive a defective item, please contact us through the buyer seller messaging service within 24 hours of delivery time with details of the product and the defect/reason.

  • Items that are authorized for return should not have any signs of use. In case the items seem to be used by the customer the return request will not be accepted

  • Once your return request is authorized, we will contact you for your preferred time, upon your confirmation our delivery associate will get in touch with you to collect the item. Return item should be supplemented with the invoice copy. Any item without the invoice copy will not be eligible for return and refund.


Only genuinely defected or damaged products will be exchanged / replaced. Goodness UAE will need to be notified if an exchange / replacement of the product is needed by calling our helpline number +971 56 398 1100 or by sending an email to onlineorder@fitfreshuae.com. The eligible exchange / replacement of the product shall be done on the next delivery in your area which may vary as per your location. Cancellation We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. The order cannot be cancelled after the acceptance of the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the websites, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and reserve the right to deny access to such customer and / or cancel any orders placed by them.
