DELIVERY POLICY

  • 1. General Information
    The orders placed for our products are subject to availability; and in case if you order products which turn out to be out of stock; we will accordingly refund the applicable amount of such order. We shall duly keep you informed in case of any such events.
    In order to meet the timing demands of the customer and to fulfill the customers complete order; there can be a possibility of getting your single order delivered to you in multiple shipments in case any issue arises, which may happen due to the following, including but not limited to: - specific type of product and quantity ordered, missing items from the original dispatched order being re-sent, return and exchange of items and re-sending new items.

  • 2. Delivery Location
    We will per se only supply goods within entire territory of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at present. Any shipments outside of the UAE are not available for the moment. Customer is expected to provide the accurate and complete address for easy delivery.

  • 3. Delivery Time & Shipping Costs
    There shall be a service charge of AED 10 for deliveries in UAE. If an order is AED 100 or above, there shall be no service charge applicable.
    Order placement and Time Slots:
    Based on the time of order placements, within the entire Emirate at present.
    All emirates apart from Dubai will not be applicable for Next Day Delivery, if ordered after 8:00 PM.
    Order placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered next to next day (Day after tomorrow)
    There could be delays beyond the estimated time of delivery due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances and it will not be compensable.
    Date of delivery may vary due to reaching our daily order limit, or due to specific items ordered. Products may also, in rare circumstances be delivered in separate shipments. Value Added Tax will accordingly be applicable on all orders

Payment Method & Currency

  • We accept all payments methods i.e. Cash on Delivery, card on delivery, online payment. We incorporate online payment methods through payment gateway.

  • The personal information you provide shall be contained behind secured networks which is generally accessible by limited number of individuals having special access to such systems who are required to keep such information confidential.

  • A variety of security measures are implemented when a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of personal information. By using this website, you agree that Goodnessuae will have no liability for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of their parties. Transmission made by means of the internet cannot be made absolutely secure. All transactions shall later be processed through a gateway provider and shall not be stored or processed on our servers.

  • Our website is regularly scanned for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our website as secure as possible.

  • Instances could occur where the payments from the customers end maybe successful; however due to technical or security reasons it could be placed on hold on our system for verification reasons.

  • Accordingly, to verify your identity if such similar scenarios arise, we would need a scanned copy of any government issued ID (preferably UAE Emirates ID) to be sent to cc@goodnessuae.com for further processing of your payment. Please note any transaction failure please contact your bank directly, we are not responsible.

  • Additionally, there are security measures or protocols for better protections while using this medium for which the customer is solely responsible to avail.

REFUND/ RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you wish to return any product that is bought from us return request should be raised within 5 days from delivery date. Any returns will not be processed unless and until a return request is initiated from the customer’s end. Any product that has surpassed 5 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for return/ refund

  • Fresh products are not returnable.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item the customer purchased is defective or did not meet customer expectation. If you receive a defective item, please contact us through the buyer seller messaging service within 24 hours of delivery time with details of the product and the defect/reason.

  • Items that are authorized for return should not have any signs of use. In case the items seem to be used by the customer the return request will not be accepted

  • Once your return request is authorized, we will contact you for your preferred time, upon your confirmation our delivery associate will get in touch with you to collect the item. Return item should be supplemented with the invoice copy. Any item without the invoice copy will not be eligible for return and refund.


Only genuinely defected or damaged products will be exchanged / replaced. Goodness UAE will need to be notified if an exchange / replacement of the product is needed by calling our helpline number +971 56 398 1100 or by sending an email to onlineorder@fitfreshuae.com. The eligible exchange / replacement of the product shall be done on the next delivery in your area which may vary as per your location. Cancellation We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. The order cannot be cancelled after the acceptance of the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the websites, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and reserve the right to deny access to such customer and / or cancel any orders placed by them.
